Creative + Media- Production Plan

2nd February-

Today i have finished all my research and planning so today i tend to start to look at materials etc to use for my dress and start to make my dress.

I must remember to take pictures of my dress along the way of making my dress to record my work and use as evidence.

I have until the end of the month to finish this unit of work.

Anyone else HATE hospitals?!

Well last night i was rushed into hospital because i stupidly fell down my stairs and dislocated all my toes on right foot, twisted my ankle and knee, mild concussion and then some cuts and bruises. :(
i felt a bit of idiot sitting in the hospital waiting room in my pjs crying like a five year old and my saying every ten minuites 'i know your in pain and everything but your embarrasing me' -.-
after waiting three hours i finaly got a bed and the doctor came in saying my mother looks more like a older sister! i was like WOAH my toes are hanging off and your coming onto my mother??! The cheek of some people!
But once they painfuly poped my toes back in they gave me lots of medication and sent me home.
Kids don't read vogue while walking down stairs!! o.0

Hey guys i thought about scanning my sketches in but its harder than it sounds and i'm such a techno loser! i thought it what would be easier to take a picture on my camera and upload it to my computer or not. -.- i went in my bag to find the one time i need my bloody camera i do not have it. Last thought i will just take some pictures of it on photobooth on my mac so yeah.. sorry for the bad quality haha.

Once my boyfriend teaches me to use a scanner i'm uploading all my sketches ^-^

Creative and Media - Production plan

26th January-

Today I'm going to continue planning make my dress today, i have done several designs that I'm going to annotate them and i need to choose one of my designs on which is going to be more practical to make in such short time.

I have decided my dress will be specifically for prom as it will be unique and no one will have a dress like it.

Anyone have any idea's for a dress? all opinions wanted :)

Hellooo kiddys :)
i haven't blogged in a few days one because i have nothing to blog about and two i have been busy with school.
The dress i'm making is taking longer than expected :( which is a serious bummer because if i don't finish it by the end of feburary i fail my diploma and with all the other coursework i have im always so bloody busy grrr...
i need to upload some sketches of my work too.. soooo much work so little time and with all my exams round the corner i have no time to revise which is a pain in the backside o.0
although my life is pretty busy my mom said i need 'time off' lol so she has ordered me to go and do some retail therapy. I bloody love my mother.
So i'm just about to go into town and get some bits and bobs and esme's birthday present.

Did anyone here Ann Summers is in Redditch?! hahaa!! All we need is a topshop/topman and urban outfiters and i'm happy :)

Creative and Media- Production plan.

19th January 2010-

I have finished my research and i have gone on to designing my dress. I have gone for a lbd (little black dress) with a large blue bow for a one shoulder strap. i have done some designs on polyvore and some sketches.

Looking through my designs i have decided it will be really difficult to make this dress so i tend to use this as one of my designs and analysis it saying why it wouldn't work. I am looking into to designing a different simpler dress which will be done by deadline.

5th January 2010-
Today is the first day of my new project 'Record'- Record is a project which we have more freedom and do what we want to do but have to record our project using photography, filming, animation, podcasts extra.. I have chose photography. I have been told to Research the history of photography today.

12th January 2010-

Today i continued with my research on the history of photography and i have also started research on how photography has changed. I have also looked into my project. I have decided to do clothes design. I shall design a dress of my choice and plan my steps through making my dress. By the end of Feb i hope to have finished my dress in the short time given.

'avatar' review :)

Last night i went and watched 'Avatar' at the local cinema because it had such amazing reviews and i personaly just wanted some 3d glasses ^-^

I was pretty disapointed about it and it didn't live up to my expectations which didn't make me a happy bunny. But i looked cool in the glasses which all that mattered :) the special effect was outstanding though. (dorky comment i know) at one point i thought i was on fire haha.

The story is about this man called jack who changes himself to some sory of avatar blue man alien thing. Jack is parralised waist down but when he is a avatar he has his legs back. Jake had to go to pandora and gain trust with the native people so that he can convince them to move location so the human people can dig up there homes and get this rock thing which is worth billions of pounds but jake fulls in love with one of the native people and all his plans have changed.. the human people and the avatars end up going to war. But it ends happily :)

I recomend you watch this for the special effects... and the glasses ^-^
